Where possible, natural light is always a great option. If working with a single light, using a bounce can help create softer fill. With a three light setup, you can introduce a key light, a hair light for separation, and incorporate natural light or practical lamps in the background to enhance the overall look.

The audio quality was strong overall. For an even more polished result, consider using a dedicated microphone with a recorder (e.g. a Zoom setup) positioned on a stand in front of the subject. Keeping the microphone separate from the subject also helps avoid any handling noise or mic scratching, resulting in cleaner audio.

The interviews were framed quite close to the wall, which made the shots feel a bit flat. Positioning the subject further from the background would help create depth and a more visually engaging image.
